​​Please select the appointment type that best suits your needs. If I need to, I can assess your eligibility for an ACC claim on the day and adjust your appointment type accordingly. If you already have an existing ACC claim please bring your ACC45 number to your appointment - this looks like 2 letters followed by 5 numbers ie AB12345 and should be on your original letter that came through the post. If you don't have this information you can call ACC and request it. If you need to make a new claim we can do that together on the day of your appointment providing your injury is eligible.

It's important to me that Osteopathic treatment is available to those that need it - if you are not eligible for ACC treatment, but are struggling with the cost of private treatment I do offer a low income discount and also an under 18s discount. You can email me to discuss this option
