• PLEASE ALWAYS POSTPONE YOUR FACE TO FACE APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE UNWELL. Specifically any new continuous cough, fever or changes to smell or taste. Also if you have been in contact with any known cases of COVID-19 in the past 7 days, are self isolating or are awaiting the results of a COVID test. 

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Current guidelines no longer require by law that we wear face coverings during your session. However, this is still recommended and you may do so if you wish, and/or request that I do so.
